Antoine started in hotels: the front desk in Brussels, then sales for Warwick, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Meliá, looking after corporate accounts worth millions. In a hotel, a guest who waits too long does not complain. They book somewhere else next time. That is where his obsession with response time and client satisfaction comes from.
After an MBA at Hult International Business School in London, he spent a decade selling business software to operators: marketing automation at Bronto, ERP at NetSuite, compliance software at Intelex, guest engagement at SevenRooms, and HR technology at HiBob. Every one of those jobs was about the same thing: systems that only pay off when people actually use them.
In 2020 he founded Lawprocess Technologies in Toronto to build and operate intake systems for law firms. Intakes.io is its service.
