What runs on it

What happens between the lead and the retainer.

This is what runs on the intake today. The lawyers make every legal decision.

First reply within a minute

Web forms, texts and voicemails get a reply written ahead of time by a person for that hour of the day, with a booking link in it. A second text follows three hours later on weekdays.

Every inquiry has an owner

Each open inquiry has a named person and a next step until it is signed or closed.

Missed consultations get rebooked

A consultation nobody attended is marked after two days, the paralegal is notified, and the person gets a new booking link automatically.

Retainers are chased

When the lawyer sends a retainer, a named person follows up until it is signed or closed.

Signed, pending and lost, every month

The firm gets the same report with the same definitions, so the numbers on this page can be checked month by month.

Speed to lead, sampled
46 of 46

Every sampled web form, text, and voicemail lead got a reply in under a minute (46 of 46).

How these numbers are counted

The figures come from the firm's intake CRM, covering November 2020 to October 2026.

A qualified consultation means the client booked or completed a free consult, with no-shows excluded.

The speed figures come from a sample of 55 conversations.

2026 is left out because cases are still open.

What we can track

We can track any metric your partners ask about.

Stages

Inquiries, suitable, booked, held, agreement sent, signed. Named the way you already name them.

Ratios

Any stage against any other, written as x ÷ y × 100, so the denominator stays on screen.

People

Results by coordinator, associate, or partner, so a coaching conversation starts from the same numbers.

Sources and forms

Which channels, campaigns, and web form pages bring the inquiries that end up signed.

Definitions

We use the same definitions every month.

Your dashboard can use your own labels. These are the defaults we start from, and we agree them with you before the first report.

Captured

A record exists.

Assigned

A named person or queue owns the next step. That does not mean follow-up happened.

Worked

Someone took an agreed action, with a time and an outcome.

Booked

A consultation is on the calendar. Attendance is tracked separately.

Agreement sent

The package was delivered. It is not a signature.

Signed

You confirmed the engagement.

Pending

Unresolved at the cutoff, with a reason and a next owner.

Lost

Closed without an engagement, with the reason recorded.

The monthly review

The dashboard is where the review starts.

Before anything is measured
Suitable, unsuitable, and awaiting-review inquiries are separated first
Every rate is shown with its denominator
Pending stays pending. It is never counted as lost or as revenue
Every month, with your reviewer
One defined group of inquiries, at a fixed cutoff

FAQs

What partners ask about the numbers

Which metrics can go on the dashboard?
−

Any metric your intake records can support: stage counts, conversion between any two stages, results by person, source, or form page, and consult attendance. We agree the definitions with you before the first report.

Can we export the data?
+

Yes. Every view exports to CSV or Excel, so your partners can work with it in their own tools.

Do you compare us to other firms?
+

No. We do not rank firms against each other. The figures on this page come from one firm, anonymised with its agreement. Your baseline is your own recent month, sorted during the audit.

How is the baseline set?
+

In the 30-minute audit we sort one recent month of your inquiries using these definitions. Every monthly review is measured against it.

Your baseline

The audit is your first report.

In 30 minutes we sort one recent month of your inquiries using these definitions. That becomes the baseline your dashboard is measured against.
